We carefully prepare your personalised stickers and dispatch them with Royal Mail. UK shipping is free on all orders.

Shipping Information

UK Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders.
  • We use Royal Mail for delivery.
  • Delivery typically takes around 2–3 working days after dispatch, but may take longer.

International Shipping

  • Standard shipping: £3.65.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
  • Customs checks and local postal services may cause delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation. Tracking details will be provided where a tracked Royal Mail service is used.

Returns Policy

Custom-Made Products

Our stickers are personalised to your specifications. We generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for custom-made items or errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in line with your consumer rights.
