1. About us

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Aglow Graphics at aglowgraphics.com, including products offered through Aglow Music Studio.

2. Our products

We sell personalised stickers, labels and other made-to-order printed products. Product descriptions explain the item, its size, finish and what is included.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, our bottle, can and food-packaging sticker listings are for the printed sticker or label only. Bottles, cans, food and other photographed props are not included.

Colours may appear slightly different on screens and in print. Please review the product details and sizing before ordering.

3. Personalisation details

Please provide all wording, names, dates, spellings and other requested details in the personalisation field when placing your order. Images in product listings are examples and do not mean that example wording will automatically be included.

We produce personalised items using the information submitted with the order. Please check it carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

If essential details are missing or unclear, we may contact you for clarification. This may delay production until we receive a response.

4. Orders, prices and payments

Product prices and any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment taken.

We may decline requests involving unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. Production and delivery

Many of our products are prepared to order. Dispatch and estimated arrival information is displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout, where available.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If you need an item for a particular occasion, please allow enough time when ordering.

Please provide an accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available next steps. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.

For items that are not personalised, applicable statutory cancellation rights still apply. If you wish to cancel an order or report a problem, please contact us promptly with your order number and details.

Where a remedy is due under consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

7. Aglow Music Studio

Music Studio offers custom music-related stickers and printed merchandise stickers, including QR and album artwork designs.

• Artwork permissions: By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, text or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the permission necessary for us to reproduce it for your order.
• File quality: Please supply clear, suitable files. Print results depend partly on the quality and dimensions of the artwork provided.
• QR codes: Please check that the submitted QR code or destination URL is correct and works as intended. We cannot guarantee that third-party links or services will remain active.
• Proofs and revisions: Where a proof or design approval is offered, please check all details carefully before approving. Any included revisions or additional design charges should be stated in the relevant listing or agreed before work proceeds.

We may ask for replacement files or decline material where we reasonably believe its use would infringe another person's rights.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where the law requires.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies subject to your statutory rights and the terms agreed when your order was placed.
