2. Our products

We sell personalised stickers, labels and made-to-order printed products. Please check each listing for dimensions, finishes and what is included.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bottle, can and food-packaging listings are for the printed sticker or label only; photographed containers and other props are not included.

Colours may differ slightly between screens and printed items.

3. Personalisation details

Please enter all required names, dates, wording and other details when ordering. Product photographs show examples and do not mean example wording is automatically included.

Check spelling and other details before checkout. Contact us promptly about any mistake; changes may not be possible once production has begun. Missing information may delay production while we contact you.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for payment taken.

5. Production and delivery

Many items are made to order. Dispatch and estimated arrival information is displayed on the product page or at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please supply a correct delivery address and contact us if your order is delayed, missing or damaged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read our Shipping Policy for more information.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

For non-personalised items, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in place. Contact us promptly with your order details if you need assistance. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Aglow Music Studio

Music Studio supplies custom album artwork stickers, QR stickers and artist merchandise stickers.

• Artwork: By submitting artwork, logos or photographs, you confirm you have permission to reproduce them for your order.
• File quality: Please provide clear, suitable files; print quality depends partly on the supplied artwork.
• QR codes: Check that your supplied code or destination URL works. We cannot guarantee the continued operation of third-party links.
• Proofs: If a proof is offered, check it carefully before approving. Any included revisions or extra design charges should be stated in the listing or agreed beforehand.

We may request replacement files or decline material where we reasonably believe its use would infringe another person's rights.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where the law requires.

9. Privacy

We use personal information to process and fulfil orders and communicate with customers. Read our Music Studio Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Contact and updates

We may update these terms. The terms applicable to your order remain subject to your statutory rights and the agreement in place when you ordered.
